United Tastes of America at Anakeesta

Looking for a unique activity that will satisfy the culinary curiosity of any foodie? This summer, head to the Smokies for Anakeesta's United Tastes of America event.

Over the summer, Anakeesta is hosting United Tastes of America. This is a brand new festival. We're excited to check it out!

Participants get to pick up a tasting pass and "travel" across the country, tasting the distinct cuisine of 12 different states and regions. The menu represents...

• The Carolinas with biscuits & gravy and a Cheerwine cocktail 
• Georgia with peach ice cream 
• Texas with chicken fried stake, paloma cocktails, and Texan craft beer 
• Washington with apple fritters 
• Maine with lobster rolls and craft beer 
• Kentucky with bourbon salmon, bourbon bread pudding, and bourbon flights 
• Illinois with Chicago-style hotdogs and hot Italian beef sandwiches 
• Colorado with craft beer 
• Hawaii with dole whip
• California with frose 
• New Mexico with chorizo tacos, churro bites, and margaritas 
• Louisiana with gumbo and hurricane cocktails

Along with the food, you can enjoy daily regional entertainment offerings and live music. Wandering through the park, you'll encounter images and artistic depictions of famous Americana landmarks, allowing you to really immerse yourself in the states you're "visiting."
