When I was in high school, I got the chance to spend a week in Alaska. I got to experience soooo many new things while I was there. I went dog sledding, saw glaciers, and attended a lumberjack show. To this day, I am still in awe of how unexpectedly fun that lumberjack show was. I was delighted when Pigeon Forge opened a lumberjack show of its own- and even more so after I found out that it is owned by the one and only PAULA DEEN.
Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud is a family-friendly, 1.5 hour show telling the story of two feuding lumberjack families. It features 13 competitive lumberjack stunts, including axe throwing, speed climbing, and log rolling. The highly-trained performers are unbelievably talented. Many of them hold national champion titles in lumberjack competitions, so they definitely know what they are doing. Trust me when I say that you will leave amazed.
The fun doesn't stop when the show does! Afterwards, be sure to check out their lumberjack-themed adventure park. They offer a zipline coaster, a rope course, free fall jumps, and the chance to try log rolling.
