Father's Day is this weekend! In Gatlinburg, there are a million ways to celebrate Dad. Here are a few of our suggestions to help you plan the perfect Father's Day adventure in Gatlinburg!

Events

Father's Day at Cherokee Grill: This Father's Day, Cherokee Grill is serving up delicious steaks and other steakhouse favorites. Reservations are encouraged. 

Gatlinburg Farmers Market: The Gatlinburg Farmers Market resumed operations in May. On Saturdays throughout the summer, you can visit to shop for local food and artisan goods! 

United Tastes of America: Bring Dad to Anakeesta and let him experience all of the special dishes and drinks available during their United Tastes of America event. Whether Dad's a foodie or a craft beer enthusiast, he'll enjoy this unique experience. 

Smoky Mountain Beer Run: Enjoy a train excursion featuring a three course menu and three samples of local craft beer with the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The June date for this event happens to line up with Father's Day Weekend!

Hiking: The Smokies boast a wide variety of awesome trails to explore- and June is one of the best months to hit the trails! 

Golfing: Whether Dad likes tackling sprawling golf courses or playing mini golf with the family, there's a place for him to tee off in Gatlinburg! 

Axe Throwing: Try something new and exciting! See who has the best aim while throwing axes at a target. 

Amusement Parks: Take a family trip to Dollywood and make lots of memories! There are rides galore- plus live music, great food, and southern hospitality. 

Fishing: Gatlinburg is known for its trout fishing. Father's Day is the perfect occasion to cast a line! Try fly fishing or keep it classic.
