The Gatlinburg Songwriters Festival is an annual three day event that will take place in and around the beautiful Smoky Mountains between August 18 and 21. Featured venues include Ole Red, SkyLift Park, Park Vista Hotel, The Historic Gatlinburg Inn, The Listening Room, Ole Smoky, Shine Shack, and more.
The festival will feature intimate performances and conversations with #1 hit songwriters from around the country. Two of the headlining songwriters scheduled to attend are Tony Arata, writer of Garth Brooks' grammy nominated song "The Dance," and Will Nance, a multi-platinum chart topping writer who first earned his fame by writing George Strait's "Round About Way." Other writers on the schedule have worked with stars such as Walker Hayes, Alison Krauss, Dolly Parton, Alan Jackson, and numerous others. The talent is immeasurable!
